Achieving Net Zero was created to raise awareness of the often-complex challenges that lie ahead by presenting the data through visually accessible information graphics and text together with the supporting website with links to all the material used to design the posters. The viewer can then investigate each topic in more detail to understand how it links to the bigger picture as we head towards 2045.

You will also have access to all the supporting research links that were used to create the posters to allow you investigate the topic in more detail as well. Poster supporting pages also provides examples of projects taking place at the Robert Gordon University and the National Subsea Centre, Aberdeen to highlight how the University is delivering innovative research solutions to support Scotland’s move towards Net Zero as well. Were it started...The set of posters shown below, discussing Hydrogen Grey, Blue and Green were the first outcomes from Iain and James's chat about the UK's energy crisis. James talked in detail about his interest in the topic and its long-term application in the UK. While explaining all the variations on Hydrogen through sketch’s on a napkin, Iain found he was inspired by James's passion for the topic so in response he designed the set of posters below leading to the realisation that there was so many more questions on the road to "Achieving Net Zero" that needed explaining…
